TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL REPORT

PROPOSED

Our first milestone was to make Technical and Financial report. As a team we had to pull off the draft report including organizational chart, methods and techniques, aim, scopes, goals and objectives, milestones, a working plan and gantt chart, and other relevant information.

This report was very essential to be planned wisely as based on this we had to proceed. All the details are mentioned here to know our progress while building this report.

Dr Zak's comments:

The misinterpretation of the project (because we wrote about how we will construct the low carbon city, not about the blueprint) so we must change it back to low carbon city blueprint
The organization color identity (needs to be fixed)
The background image needs to be transparent

After the CRIT, we review back all the comments and discussed on how to solve and fix it based on the given TOR project.
For Brendan only – was given task and responsibilities in the group

Dr Zakiah's comments:
The cover page is too formal and not showing the company identity because we should not do a cover page like other usual assignment – so need to fix it
The table of content is too old school
Too advance as some of the sections supposedly belongs to Inception report – summarize and delete few parts that should not be included in Proposed Technical and Financial Report
No site area
Must ensure all team member image in organizational chart is in line and align to each other
Own a good component of contents and understand what needs to be put in low carbon city blueprint
The project planning must repair as it brings confusion
