1) First class with an introductory session with the Dr and friends
2) Everyone needed to share their own thoughts and make their own avatar using PIXTON EDU
3) Briefing of the projects by Dr Zakiah Binti Ponrahono
WEEK 02
Earth Observation Technique
in Pre Assessment
(Application phase)
Activities:
1. All the students have been introduced with the basics of Google Earth.
2. On Google Earth, students learn how to make a pin point for site boundaries through having a demo by Dr Zakiah Binti Ponrahono.
3. Students get to learn about elevation profile on site area.
4. The lecturer also demonstrate how to create a radius on Google Earth.
WEEK 03
Board Presentation Brief
Activities
1. Creating board presentations by using tools like PowerPoint and other applications.
2. Also, they are introduced to other presentation making environments and applications.
WEEK 03 & 04
Learning QGIS 3.18 version with Miss Fatiah (student of PhD)
Activities
1) All the students had a session to learn QGIS 3.18
2) Site boundaries and other mapping ideas were introduced to the students.
3) Students were taught to merge Google Earth to make site analysis and many more.

WEEK 05
Draft work for Site analysis and board presentation.

Experienced creating board presentations.
WEEK 06
Mini Project 1:
Site Analysis and Inventory in the site area.

Activities
1. Students have to be exact on setting parameters.
2. The locations in the site area have to be identified first and then fulfilled with structural designs in the area.
3. Revised board presentation was done.
WEEK 08
Mini Project 2 Board Presentation Brainstorming:

Activities
1. Dr showed us the alignments for the elements like- EMP, Feseability Study, Key Findings, Master Plan and conceptual plan etc.
2. The background will be A0 size paper for the board-presentation.
3. Dr also briefed us about the guidelines for Mini Project 2
WEEK 09 - 11
Developing Conceptual Plan & Master Plan

Activities
Planning & developing a conceptual plan, creating bubble diagram & soft version of the sketch. Over the weeks, the sketch turns into a conceptual plan from the scratch.
WEEK 12 - 14
Critic Session (Group & Individual)

Activities
At the crit session, Dr suggested us a few instructions to make our design and board presentation look better. She suggested trying a bit smaller fonts and subtle colour contrasts to make my designs better in look. Also, gave me some valuable advice to shuffle arrangements of the elements for the board presentation.
